The Free Amino Acids of AGROLAC BIONUTRIENTS are based on ɣ-polyglutamic acid, which is obtained from the fermentation of Natto, by the bacterium Bacillus Subtillis.

Natto is fermented soybeans containing a large amount of vitamins, oligosaccharides and beneficial enzymes, which is a health food with a long tradition in Japan and southeast China, where it has been consumed for more than a thousand years.

ɣ-polyglutamic acid is a natural, biodegradable and environmentally safe regulator of osmosis and plant water balance.
